Some people are still Good

This story gave me goosebumps this morning. A little girl in California was kidnapped, which set off a massive attempt to try and find her. "When a stranger abducts a child, the clock immediately starts ticking."

12 hours after her abduction, an out of work construction worker sees the pick-up truck that was suspected in the kidnapping. Instead of calling 911 and hoping for the best, Victor Perez told his cousin to call while he jumped into his own truck and gave chase.

Ultimately, the fact that he was hounding the suspected truck to pull over, cutting him off several times, pushes the suspect to shove the girl out of the moving vehicle. Perez stays with her until police arrive, and later on the suspect, Gregorio Gonzalez, a gang member out on probation, is arrested and charged with kidnapping and sexual assault.

Yes, a little girl had to experience a horrific situation. But she's alive.
